Senior SDET (Distributed Systems) at BairesDev

We're looking for a Senior SDET who combines strong Java development skills with deep quality engineering experience in distributed systems environments. You know how to design test infrastructure that keeps pace with complex, fast-moving backends, you've worked on CI/CD pipelines where test reliability is critical, and you have the diagnostic instincts to track down failures that only surface at scale. You'll be working on quality for a platform that enterprise customers around the world depend on to move and process their most important data.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain automated test infrastructure in Java, covering unit, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Design test strategies that account for the failure modes of distributed backend environments.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and develop approaches to improve platform reliability.
• Contribute to quality engineering standards and best practices across the team.

What You'll Do:
