Middle Business Development Executive What you will do Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Conduct outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities. Self‑generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments. Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Create positive, long‑lasting relationships with current and potential clients. Develop rapport with key decision‑makers. Translate proposals into ready‑to‑sign contracts. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients. Customize proposals based on each client’s specific business needs. Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network. Represent the company professionally during in‑person interactions. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick‑off. Must haves Some sales/client‑facing experience (including HR, recruiting, or other external/internal client‑facing experience). Great charisma, personable, and strong negotiation skills. Extremely self‑motivated, high energy with excellent communication skills in English. Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities. Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation (mix of self‑generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth). Visa/ability to travel to the US. Nice to haves Familiarity with CRM tools, like Zoho, for maintaining client activities. Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry. Understanding of the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US. Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms, and tools. Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy, and training.
