Cold Caller

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to help generate qualified leads for a growing home services company specializing in mold remediation, indoor air quality, environmental services, and home improvement .

This is a full-time remote position where you'll be responsible for building prospect lists, making outbound cold calls, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments using a provided script.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using the provided script.
• Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations.
• Identify homeowners with mold, moisture, or indoor air quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead information.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
• Use Aircall for outbound calling.
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation .
• Experience in home improvement, mold remediation, restoration, environmental services, or other home service industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Confident speaking with homeowners and handling objections.
• Comfortable building prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Experience using Aircall or similar dialers is an advantage.
