<p><h3>Job Openings </h3> <p>Finance Clerk </p> <p>Finance - San Juan, Trinidad </p> <p>Department: Finance </p> <p>Employment Type: M- Full Time </p> <p>Minimum Experience: Entry-level </p> <p>Hadco Limited is looking for a Finance Clerk. </p> <h3>Job Summary </h3> <p>Provide assistance in all aspects under Finance – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury and Cash Administration. </p> <h3>Reporting Relationships </h3> <p>This position reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer & Group Finance Manager. </p> <h3>Duties & Essential Job Functions </h3> <ul> <li>Entering of invoices </li> <li>Reconciling of statements </li> <li>Payments to suppliers </li><li>Following up on payments from customers </li> <li>Credit Applications </li> <li>Bank reconciliations </li> <li>Reconciling utilities i.e. TSTT/FLOW/UNIPET </li> <li>FX Purchasing </li> <li>Petty Cash Disbursement </li> <li>Deposits to Bank accounts </li> <li>Assists with reports in the various sections of Finance </li> </ul> <h3>Other Functions And Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Any other duties as assigned by Management that may be deemed necessary for the effective functioning of the department. </li> </ul> <h3>HSE Roles And Responsibilities Of Staff </h3> <h3>Accountability </h3> <h3>All Employees Demonstrate Accountability By </h3> <ul> <li>Following all HSE rules at all times. </li> <li>Stopping any work that they recognize as being unsafe and reporting it to their supervisor. </li> <li>Reporting all accidents and incidents they are involved in or witness to their direct Supervisor as soon as they reasonably can. </li> <li>Using all equipment in the workplace as designed and with design operating safety features. </li> <li>Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, treating everyone in a cordial and direct fashion. HADCO expects everyone to be treated with respect and dignity at all times. </li> <li>Becoming familiar with the HSE procedures required to perform their jobs safely. </li> <li>Ensuring full compliance with all applicable legislations and site regulations. </li> <li>Attending and actively participate in scheduled HSE training meetings, toolbox talks and HSE programmes. </li> <li>Performing all work in a safe manner. </li> <li>Using all Safe Systems of Work available. For example, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permits, Risk Assessments, Checklists etc. </li> <li>Observing good housekeeping practice. </li> <li>Reporting the taking of any medication while on the workplace to their Supervisor. </li> </ul> <h3>Minimum Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>3 CXC O’Level Passes </li> <li>Previous Experience in an Accounting environment </li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills / Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>5 CXC O’ Level Passes </li> <li>2-3 years’ experience in an Accounting Department </li> <li>Pleasant Disposition and well-mannered </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Skills / Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Diploma in Accounting or equivalent </li> <li>Ability to Multitask well. </li> <li>Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul> <h3>Required Licenses/Certifications </h3> <ul> <li>Certificate of Character </li> </ul> <h3>Physical Requirements/Work Environment </h3> <p>An office environment where work is primarily sedentary in nature, no special demands are required.
