In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our web and app designs. Use cutting‑edge AI tools to increase productivity and velocity. Translate product metrics, user research, and data insights into meaningful design concepts, experiments, and solutions. Collaborate with a dynamic team, giving and receiving feedback for continuous professional growth and elevating the quality of our service. Enjoy creative freedom and flexibility in your day‑to‑day work. Have experience in graphic design, specifically for web and mobile platforms and apps. Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus. Strong understanding of effective typography, composition, color science, and current design trends. Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively. Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem‑solving skills; ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions. Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile‑first approach. Be fluent in English and Lithuanian. The monthly fee ranges from EUR 2,000 to 3,000, depending on experience. The final rate is negotiable. Contract Type: Location: The job location is in Argentina. All interviews will be conducted in English.
