SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join a global, multilingual team. You will troubleshoot escalated issues across backend systems, databases, and APIs, reproduce bugs in web and mobile apps, and document findings for engineering escalation.
The role emphasizes strong SQL skills, cloud familiarity, and proactive customer-focused service. Ideal candidates have exceptional English, experience in technical support or SRE, and the ability to work remotely from the EU.
