Web Experiences and Governance Specialist Intel This role will be part of our Americas Center of Excellence team covering all Americas countries outside US. We are trusted advisors with specialized skills and capabilities to guide, coordinate, scale and support stakeholder and activities. Our team priorities are aligned with sales and customer needs: To support country and territory marketing, sales, partner and customer stakeholder in a way that helps create efficient, innovative agile process and programs that scale through specialist expertise, technology capabilities and data, so that we align to brand, marketing and sales priorities, meet customer needs and help. Main responsibilities Web Specialization – Adapting and rolling out global always on landing pages, while ensuring quality localization and translation processes by enabling regular pre-and post launch reviews. Delivering memorable experiences and seamless user experiences to support product launches. Ensuring content consistency and balancing global standards with country specific needs. Proficient in Content Analysis, SEO, A/B testing, and process optimization. Digital Governance and Privacy Requires an understanding of the value of digital, and to ensure that regional activations adhere to digital governance policies and standards. Consult and drive adherence to governance (e.g. security, privacy, brand, and platform) policy and procedures while staying aligned to stakeholders business objectives. Identify gaps and provide constructive feedback to Head Quarters team on governance and privacy process challenges and enhancement opportunities. Organize, create, and conduct large scale governance and privacy enablement trainings for local stakeholders and/or agencies. Monitor the adherence to governance and privacy policy and standards before projects/campaigns go live. Operationalize, build activation plans, and provide transition change management guidance that ensure projects are well communicated and adopted. In general you will maximize impact, agility, and innovation, while driving adoption of governance policies and standards that protect Intel. Behavioral traits desired Manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while meeting assigned deadlines (program, project and resource management). Work in a highly autonomous role by demonstrating self-motivation and creativity in design approach. Strong analytic skills to foster a test and learn aptitude. Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, to work across many levels of an organization and its stakeholders from technical to marketing and sales leaders with clarity of the desired outcomes and end state. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience. 3 years, in addition to: 1+ years of experience of end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement, as well as all facets of the buyers journey throughout the marketing and sales funnel. 5+ years of experience in working with large marketing and sales organizations, in global, regional, and or country levels. Advanced level of English. Preferred Experience documenting and maintaining governance processes. Portuguese. Knowledge in Web Analytics Tools. Experience with multi country support.
