On-site Posted 20 hours ago About the role We are seeking a motivated and organised Receptionist/Office Junior to join our team at JERESYN LEGAL in Granville, NSW. This full‑time role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced legal environment, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the office. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff in a professional manner Answering and directing incoming phone calls Maintaining a neat and organised reception area Providing administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry Assisting with the management of the office supply inventory Supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc tasks as required Researching and drafting simple court documents including basic templates and standard forms What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar receptionist or office support role, ideally in a professional services environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook A positive, friendly and customer‑focused attitude An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work High school completion as minimum educational requirement Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required What we offer At JERESYN LEGAL, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and enriching work environment.
