Job Description Primary Functions Manages and gives business directions to the CG Team and communicate with business partners. Regularly checks and monitors the implementation of hog growing management, seeding and harvest schedules in his area of responsibility. Ensure compliance and execution of growing farms on Biosecurity protocols and routine laboratory tests. Reports to the General Managers on the progress of the operations in his area of responsibility. Prepares the annual Livestock Growing Operations budget in his area of responsibility, ensuring consistency with business strategies and directions; Monitors and regulates Livestock growing OpEx by planning monthly budgets and keeping track of costs in his area of responsibility.Protects the assets of the Company entrusted to the business partners through random counting, ensuring every asset is provided with correct housing conditions applicable to the material asset. Executes major plans and programs, reviews their progress, and inform the General Managers on issues that arise during implementation and provide possible solutions. Deploys new caretakers and give proper orientation and training about farm standard operating procedures such as biosecurity protocols, correct feeding, medication program and raising practices. Facilitates weekly meeting to update direct reports on business directions and department goals. Recommends commendation, promotion, transfer and disciplinary actions. Coordinates with other departments for projects and physical inventory audits. Farm Hunting and evaluate prospect farms according to company standard. Manpower recruitment Manage Stakeholder Relationship Discuss together with accounting department the company policies including but not limited to contracts and business directions. Regularly conducts performance review with business partners regarding major operational concerns. Review, evaluate, and assess contracts and existing payment scheme. Recommend revision of provisions that will benefit the company and business partners. Updates the General managers on arising concerns of business partners in his area #J-18808-Ljbffr
