Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:As Social Media Manager, this role is responsible for the effective management and delivery of our clients online presence, ensuring the best digital solutions across designated projects are achieved in the most efficient, profitable and effective way. A main responsibility of this role is to develop social media strategies, alongside analyzing and optimizing campaign performance to achieve our client's goals. A Social Media Manager must be performance- Focused and actively seek ways to achieve outstanding results, combined with a deep understanding of the how's and why's of digital best practices. Responsible for the strategy, planning, set up, activation, optimisation and reporting of all allocated projects, ensuring they are set up for success from the outsetPrepare social media proposals, strategies, timelines and budgets, seeking guidance from the Managing Director where requiredDevelop content strategies aligned with short- Term and long- Term client targets, suitably tailored for different social media platforms and audiences. Identify opportunities for our clients to reactively and proactively contribute to and influence online discussions, related to their areas of focus. Monitor and analyze social media analytics to identify trends, report on performance and solutions for improvement. Optimize content to ensure brand consistency, customerengagement and positive customer experiencesGrow your projects beyond their initial scope, always working in line with the strategic direction as set by the Client. You will proactively make recommendations in this regard.
