Estamos buscando un/a Especialista de Automatización de Marketing Digital con sólida experiencia procesos. El desafío principal de la posición será diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de marketing multicanal para impulsar el crecimiento y alcanzar los objetivos del negocio. Responsabilidades Desarrollo y ejecución de campañas de marketing automatizadas. Análisis y optimización de flujos de trabajo (workflows). Monitoreo y reporte de métricas clave de rendimiento. Colaboración con el equipo para integrar estrategias digitales. Requisitos Formación en Marketing, Sistemas, o carreras afines. Experiencia de al menos 2 años en gestión de marketing automatizado. Dominio avanzado de CRM (deseable Hubspot). Conocimientos de HTML/CSS y herramientas de análisis como Gogle Analytics y Power BI.
