Responsibilities Record scripted material for AI training. Assess AI‑generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness. Annotate errors and provide feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression. Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines. Qualifications Fluency in Japanese. Demonstrated experience in professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work. Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Clear communication skills and attention to detail. High‑quality recording setup: reliable microphone and quiet environment. Compensation and Work Term Pay range $6 to $65 per hour, rate determined by experience, expertise, and location. As a contractor, you will supply a secure computer, high‑quality microphone, and stable internet connection; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
