Maintenance Helper – Hiring immediately in Santa Fe. Compensation: $20.06/hr, paid weekly. Eligible for annual & skill‑based wage increases and monthly bonus based on plant productivity. Determine material and tool/equipment requirements. Coordinate and communicate maintenance planning/scheduling across all functional areas, including contractor & vendor management. Verify availability of required materials before scheduling work orders. Create purchase orders for materials and replacement parts. Track part status and adjust work schedules based on availability. Maintain and manage preventative maintenance system schedule. Maintain file system. Drive to other facilities or vendors for emergency parts pickup. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with a background in reliability. Customer‑service focus. Highly organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with competing deadlines. Strong communication skills at all levels. Education / Experience Associate’s degree or minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or materials management. Read and write fluently in English. Extremely accurate with numbers; able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; use fractions and decimals. Computer Skills MS Excel, Access, Word, SAP. Experience with a CMMS such as Maintenance Connection, MP2, Maximo, etc. preferred. Experience with SAP preferred.
