At Conexa we design and build digital products and integrations that help companies scale faster. Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Tech B2B sales. Proven experience leading sales teams. Exceptional communication in English. Proficiency in HubSpot and tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase. Availability to travel as needed. Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Position located in Buenos Aires. Responsibilities Identify ICP prospects and achieve sales objectives. Generate new business opportunities and secure new clients. Drive upselling objectives and retain existing clients. Collaborate with product and tech teams to inform feature development. Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Co-ordinate closely with marketing to develop sales assets and plan event participation. Maintain and grow relationships with partners such as VTEX, Shopify, and others. Tools G Suite for email and calendar. Slack for daily communication. Notion for documentation and knowledge sharing. Company laptop and welcome kit provided.
