Lo que buscamos y valoramos Experiencia sólida en desarrollo Android, utilizando Kotlin y Java. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo mobile. Conocimiento y aplicación de patrones SOLID. Capacidad para comprender y desenvolverse en arquitecturas complejas y desarrollo de componentes tanto visuales como funcionales. Habilidad para integrar librerías externas (deseable). Fuerte capacidad de detección de errores y testing, especialmente en BDD/TDD y uso de herramientas como Mockito. Capacidad para diseñar pruebas robustas e imaginar escenarios edge-case. Conocimientos en patrones de arquitectura como MVVM y MVC (deseable, no excluyente). Entusiasmo y disposición para involucrarse en desafíos técnicos complejos. Capacidad para interactuar con clientes, entender requerimientos y establecer límites claros. Formación y Experiencia Deseada Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo Android (mínimo 3 años). Conocimientos sólidos en Kotlin y Java. Experiencia previa en equipos de Mobile Engineering. Se valoran conocimientos en integración de librerías, testing avanzado y patrones de arquitectura mobile.
