Sr. Social Media Manager Location: Remote About the Role We seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and elevating our brand's online presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's goals and objectives Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize our strategy and drive growth Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve our social media presence Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics and assets for social media posts Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform our social media strategy Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance to the marketing team and senior management Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social Skilled in creating engaging visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics and data to drive decision-making Passionate about technology and AI, with a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with industry developments Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus Strong culture fit with our team, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive mindset Excited about the opportunity to support a game-changing company and make a lasting impact in the digital space Compensation Range: $10K - $30K #J-18808-Ljbffr
