We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer (Infrastructure) to join our team and lead the technological operations of our Argentina office. Operate and maintain IT networks, equipment rooms, conference systems, desktop services, and office security systems. Monitor and periodically review LAN, WLAN, and WAN performance, performing local troubleshooting of network devices. Execute IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes, including incidents, system changes, user accounts, configurations, and assets, ensuring compliance and reducing operational risks. Design and maintain network infrastructure, topology, and IP planning for new premises. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues or outages. Maintain high standards of infrastructure performance, scalability, and security to ensure smooth daily operations. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure (networks, servers, CCTV, printers, access control, VoIP). Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an IT/Network Engineer, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support. Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network topology . Familiarity with IT facilities such as CCTV, VoIP, and access control systems. Advanced English level (required). On-site work availability.
