Job Description As an Ad Specialist at Borsos Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our clients by leveraging your expertise in managing advertising campaigns on META (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop creative and attractive marketing solutions that connect businesses to new customers and maximize their ROI. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital advertising strategies on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive revenue growth for our clients. Conduct thorough audience research and utilize targeting capabilities to reach the right customers with compelling ad campaigns. Create engaging ad copy and visual assets that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance closely and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives. Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine advertising strategies and tactics. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client campaigns. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (Recommended). Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, best practices, and performance metrics. Proficiency in ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
