The role is hybrid, requiring in‑office attendance at least three days a week. You will participate in training, mentoring, and hands‑on activities that build a foundation for eventual placement in one of our Cloud Operations teams. Success is driven by learning, presence, and growth. How You Will Make an Impact Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands‑on activities to build technical and professional foundations. Learn and adopt best practices, tools, and work methodologies used by the Cloud Operations teams. Complete required learning paths and work toward relevant certifications aligned with your career path. Participate in a structured shadowing process with one or more Cloud Operations teams to understand real‑world workflows and responsibilities. Build a foundational understanding of AWS Cloud Services and the broader cloud ecosystem. Support knowledge‑sharing initiatives and collaborate with peers and experienced engineers. Attend internal and external training sessions, including sessions designed for clients using or considering AWS. Gradually take on responsibilities as your knowledge, confidence, and reliability grow. What You Will Bring Background & Interests (Must‑Have) Currently studying or interested in a career related to IT, Computer Science, Systems, or similar fields. (Nice to have) Interest in Cloud technologies, infrastructure, or IT operations. Upper‑intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken). Core Soft Skills & Mindset (Must‑Have) Strong eagerness to learn: curiosity, asking questions, seeking understanding. Coachability: openness to feedback and willingness to adjust based on mentors and teammates. Ability to focus and pay attention: staying engaged during training, meetings, and hands‑on activities. Responsibility and ownership: taking commitments seriously, following through, and communicating proactively about blockers. Punctuality and reliability: being on time for meetings, training sessions, and deadlines. Professional attitude: respectful communication, collaboration, and learning professional behavior. Growth mindset: comfort with not knowing everything, resilience when facing challenges, and motivation to improve consistently. Technical Knowledge (A plus) Basic understanding or exposure to at least one programming or scripting language. Familiarity with Linux fundamentals. Basic understanding of common protocols (HTTP, SSH, ICMP, etc.). Introductory knowledge of networking concepts. Exposure to tools or languages such as Python, Terraform, or configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Location Buenos Aires, Argentina. 3x2 Hybrid role (3 days office; 2 days remotely). Shift 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday during the training period.
