Senior Associate, Paid Social Company: dentsu Location: Buenos Aires Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Role Purpose: You will work on the implementation, execution, and recommendation of improvements for campaigns on Paid Social platforms, including strategy, campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimizations, as well as billing reconciliation. Your efforts will help ensure a superior level of service for our clients, fostering long‑lasting and trustworthy relationships. Responsibilities Campaign set‑up and quality control, performing data quality assurance via Q&A checks. Manage campaigns and daily monitoring, focusing on meeting objectives. Control campaign budgets and monthly allocations, issue orders, reconcile billing and resolve invoicing discrepancies. Prepare reports and analyze data on results. Daily monitoring and optimization of campaign results. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations. Review and analyze client data to improve campaign performance. Supervise junior team members when required. Collaborate with the agency's data teams for analysis and client presentations. Build strong relationships with internal teams. Develop good relationships with clients when involved in client relations. Train junior team members, supporting their development and task execution, as needed. Maintain communication with teams from other media channels for a comprehensive approach. Actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina. Participate in the Offshore Team's peer‑to‑peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices (unless not located in the city). Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in paid social or related fields. Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics. Proficiency in the Paid Social Meta Ads platform; experience with other Paid Social platforms is also valued. Strong knowledge and understanding of performance‑marketing concepts. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Accuracy in execution, quality control, and compliance with deadlines. Organizational skills and project management capability. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities in an agile environment. Problem‑solving skills. Experience and ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data using Excel. Personal Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients. Proactivity and collaboration with colleagues. Attention to detail and precision in work style. Integrity, autonomy, and self‑motivation.
