B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media & HubSpot) Bluelight is a leading software consultancy dedicated to designing and developing innovative technology solutions that enhance users' lives. About the Role We are looking for a growth-focused B2B marketer with a strong foundation in paid media and marketing automation. You will own the engine that connects innovative U.S. companies with world‑class engineering talent in Latin America, driving qualified leads to our nearshore staffing solutions using a mix of paid strategies and sophisticated HubSpot automation. Deep experience with Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot. Data‑driven approach to crafting high‑performing B2B campaigns that build trust, authority, and multiple touchpoints. Positive, engaged personality and a “human‑first” mindset that strengthens our remote, transparency‑first culture. Key Responsibilities B2B Media Planning & Strategy – Develop comprehensive media plans targeting decision‑makers at startups and enterprise companies who need to scale engineering teams. HubSpot Ownership – Serve as the internal HubSpot subject‑matter expert, building workflows, lead scoring models, and attribution reports that connect ad spend to closed deals. Market Research & Innovation – Conduct deep analysis of target audiences and stay abreast of emerging B2B trends, AI integrations, and new media channels. Sales Enablement – Advise New Business and Account teams on recommended budgets and strategies to support pipeline goals. Campaign Execution & Management – Oversee paid media campaigns with a heavy focus on LinkedIn Account‑Based Marketing and Google High‑intent Search; manage vendor relationships; track full‑funnel analytics including MQLs, SQLs, Cost Per Discovery Call, and Pipeline Velocity. Budget & ROI Management – Allocate media budgets effectively, maintain daily/weekly/monthly pacing, identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising lead quality. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of B2B performance marketing or media buying experience; staffing, recruiting, or SaaS sectors are a massive plus. HubSpot Proficiency – deep experience with Marketing Hub workflows, landing pages, list segmentation, and CRM integration; HubSpot certifications highly preferred. Paid Media Expert – strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Analytical Mindset – proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, LinkedIn Insights Tag). Strong Communication – excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex marketing data to non‑marketing stakeholders.
