Role Summary The B2C Social Media Manager will oversee our social media platforms—Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter/X, and Threads—crafting tailored content to boost brand engagement and drive awareness of MFS technology. This role requires a hands‑on, creative individual with experience in platform‑specific content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Engagement: Develop visually appealing, informative content (graphics, videos, stories) that promotes MFS technology. Engage daily with followers to build a connected community. Platform‑Specific Strategy: Tailor content and campaigns for each platform, focusing on increasing brand and follower engagement. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our values, overseeing content co‑creation. Campaign Management & Analytics: Independently plan, execute, and track social media campaigns. Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy. Brand Storytelling: Create consistent messaging that emphasizes Okeanos' sustainable mission and MFS technology. Qualifications 3+ years in social media management with hands‑on experience across major platforms. Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Proven experience in influencer outreach, campaign execution, and analytics interpretation. Creative, adaptable writing skills for varied social audiences. Why Join Us?
