Overview This is a remote position. We are seeking a PPC Specialist with proven expertise in Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has hands-on experience running and optimizing lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses. This role requires analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining quality and profitability. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Bing Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Write, test, and refine ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates. Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality. Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics integrations. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to scale performance effectively. Collaborate with the management and operations teams to align lead flow with service capacity. Stay current with industry trends, Google and Microsoft Ads updates, and emerging PPC strategies. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads and Bing Ads required). Proven success in lead generation campaigns (preferably in service-based industries). Bilingual (English and Spanish) – both written and spoken. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking. Experience with landing page optimization and data analysis. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Must be able to work during PST business hours. Technical Requirements Computer specifications: Minimum Intel specs: Processor — Core i7 8th generation (and above) or Core i5 10th generation (and above); RAM — minimum 12 GB; Storage — 128 GB SSD or higher; Graphics — 2 GB memory. Minimum AMD specs: Processor — Ryzen 5/7/9 (minimum series 3600); RAM — minimum 12 GB; Storage — 128 GB SSD or higher; Graphics — 2 GB memory. Macintosh specs: Processor — Core i7/i5/M1/M2; RAM — minimum 12 GB; Storage — 128 GB SSD or higher; Graphics — 2 GB memory. Main Internet Speed Requirements: Jitter: below 10 ms; Latency: below 160 ms; Upload: > 25 Mbps; Download: > 40 Mbps. Use a reliable speed test. Power backup: a reliable backup that can sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift). Internet backup (secondary internet): required. Benefits This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
