Summary As Product Owner at Marketfully, you will be accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development & design teams. You'll translate product goals and strategic initiatives from product roadmap into concrete, executable work. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Design, and DevOps—serving as the decision‑maker and primary point of contact who ensures the team delivers the right features at the right time. You'll coach the team on Agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and maintain a healthy backlog that enables continuous delivery and increasing velocity. Key Responsibilities Create, prioritize, and maintain a healthy Product Backlog with well‑defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and complete specifications. Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Daily Standups to maintain team alignment and secure commitment. Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels and act as the voice of the customer to ensure features deliver measurable value. Coach the Development Team on Agile practices, self‑organization, and problem‑solving to increase velocity and delivery predictability. Define clear acceptance criteria and quality standards for all features, partnering with QA and Engineering to ensure deliverables meet requirements. Track and report on development metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and delivery progress against committed timelines. Remove blockers, shield the team from external interference, and elevate issues and risks according to project priorities. Establish documentation standards and processes that improve clarity, reduce rework, and enable faster delivery. Facilitate team estimation sessions and ensure all backlog items contain proper labels, documentation, and dependencies before development begins. Core Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner managing software product development in Agile environments, particularly Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Proven ability to transform high‑level concepts into detailed, shippable specifications and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively. Experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Notion, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication skills with a track record of increasing team velocity and delivery predictability. Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and manage stakeholder engagement across all levels. Additional Requirements SAFe POPM certification. Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products. Background in UX/UI or engineering. Strong technical aptitude to discuss architecture and APIs with engineers a plus. Why Join Our Team Big brand bragging rights.
