SAP Materials Management Functional Analyst Chevron’s Business Support Center (BASSC) in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is hiring a SAP Materials Management (MM) Functional Analyst. The role is part of a multifunction service center serving more than 1800 employees worldwide, contributing to business services and solutions across the globe. The position is within an ERP scrum team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting SAP solutions in an Agile environment. The primary focus is on application maintenance, evergreen support, configuration, automation, and integration. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues. Collaborate closely with Business Partners to gather business requirements. Analyze and understand system capabilities. Configure the SAP software to meet business needs or resolve issues. Develop basic technical expertise in ABAP code analysis/low‑code development, SAP Security, continuous integration, or automation. Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex solutions. Analyze, devise, and execute system tests to verify solution effectiveness. Oversee solution deployment to production environments. Provide ad‑hoc training and user support as required. Required Qualifications Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP (ECC or S4HANA) application operations support and/or project implementation in the Materials Management function. Strong knowledge of SAP configuration within the functional area of expertise. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong English communication skills, both oral and written. Strong customer focus and results orientation. Self‑motivated and a team player. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ABAP debugging or code analysis, SAP Security, or SAP Integration is a plus. Relocation & International Considerations Relocation will not be considered. Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
