Role Overview The Sr Agencies KAM manages Media Off‑Network initiatives for the specified account segments and maintains relationships with media and advertising agencies (clients). The role also engages with media partners Adsmovil, Facebook, and Google, and is accountable for client acquisition and revenue goals. Responsibilities Work directly with Vertical KAMs to develop Media Off‑Network strategies and coordinate trade solutions with other vertical teams. Collaborate with Jr Agency KAMs and Growth Specialists to execute media campaigns while building and sustaining long‑lasting relationships with stakeholders. Drive excellence in planning, implementation, reporting, and analysis of media executions on the Rappi Amplify and Click‑to‑Rappi platforms (Facebook & Google). Lead the hunting and onboarding of new clients in Argentina and manage the media pipeline. Ensure weekly and monthly revenue targets (booked, executed, billed) are met. Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with KAMs from media partners Adsmovil, Facebook, and Google. Qualifications 4‑6 years of experience in commercial roles, agency & media negotiations. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Data‑driven decision‑making mentality and strong business acumen. Proficient Excel management. Experience leading and developing a team, ideally in a fast‑growth environment. Owner’s mentality to build local sales culture, foster inclusion and collaboration. Entrepreneurial approach to identify gaps and implement new processes. High energy and motivational leadership with a strong personal influence.
