You are a proactive DevOps Engineer who enjoys building, automating, and maintaining reliable cloud infrastructure. You take ownership of environments end to end from access management and CI/CD pipelines to Kubernetes workloads and you thrive in fast-paced environments where stability, security, and scalability are critical. You’re looking for a role where you can grow your cloud expertise, influence infrastructure decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering teams. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role. Strong proficiency with AWS services, particularly IAM, RDS, and EKS. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Solid background designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with microservices architectures and container orchestration concepts. Experience with scripting and automation using Python and/or Bash (desirable). AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus. Strong understanding of cloud security, permissions, and access management. Advanced English proficiency, as you will collaborate with global and US-based teams. You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities: Provision and manage AWS accounts, organizational permissions, IAM roles, and cost monitoring. Manage and support both employee and organizational infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. Handle workstation setups, configurations, and deprovisioning during employee onboarding and offboarding. Implement, manage, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments. Oversee AWS IAM roles and permissions for users, services, and applications. Maintain and optimize microservices infrastructure on AWS EKS. Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support secure, reliable, and efficient deployments. Collaborate with development teams to improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and automation. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, security, and cost optimization.
