About Us & The Role We are building the backbone of a modern, disruptive security organization. The Security Platforms, AI, and Automation team is a newly created area within the CISO’s office, tasked with leading our AI revolution. You will be the force multiplier that connects our data, automates workflows, and empowers every team—from Cyber Defense to GRC—to operate at 100x scale. Responsibilities Build the "Single Brain": engineer the integration layer connecting our diverse security stack (Cloud, IR, IAM, AppSec, GRC). Build API connections, data pipelines, and glue code that let disparate tools speak a common language. Lead the AI Revolution: design and deploy custom AI agents, using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to turn static tools into active responders. Build the infrastructure where AI agents take over operational loads. Engineer Reusable Building Blocks: create modular code, functions, and workflows that other security teams can use to self‑serve. Hyper‑Automate Operations: automate GRC evidence collection, cloud remediation, threat response in Tines/Python, and other processes, making them repeatable and instant. Scale & Measure Everything: implement systems that track the health, efficacy, and ROI of our security program, turning activity into actionable metrics and KPIs. Be the Cross‑Domain Enabler: act as the technical bridge across Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, and Risk Management, engineering automated solutions that solve cross‑layer pain points. Qualifications The "Builder" DNA: 5‑7 years of engineering experience, loving to write code, piece together APIs, and see systems come to life. Strong Coding/Scripting Chops: proficiency in Python, comfortable writing production‑quality code, working with APIs, and managing version control (Git). AI & LLM Fluency: experience building with AI agents, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or frameworks (LangChain, MCP). Automation Mastery: deep experience with SOAR platforms (e.g., Tines) or custom workflow automation, turning complex human processes into button‑clicks. Platform Engineering Mindset: think in systems, maintain platform health, ensure uptime, and monitor performance. Broad Security Knowledge: sufficient understanding of IR, Cloud, GRC, and AppSec to design effective automation. Problem‑Solving at Scale: obsession with efficiency and 100x scalability, solving for repeatability rather than one‑off fixes. Autonomous Ownership & Grit: end‑to‑end ownership of fuzzy problems, proactive resilience, and the judgment to seek clarification when needed. Nice to Have Experience building internal developer platforms or security data lakes. Familiarity with data engineering concepts. Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or building custom AI tools. Background in software engineering before moving into security.
