We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager | LATAM

For an important multinational services company , we are looking for a senior professional to lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and operations across the region .

The challenge

Lead and develop Recruiting teams across multiple LATAM countries, working within a global organization and adapting the TA strategy to the specific needs of each market.

The role requires the ability to combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution , adapting TA processes and developing solutions in a dynamic, high-demand recruiting environment.

What are we looking for?

• 10–15 years of professional experience, with a strong leadership background.
• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition or HR , leading multi-country teams.
• Strong ability to manage and influence regional and global stakeholders .
• Experience in high-volume, high-demand recruiting environments.
