We especially value knowledge in capital-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, where complex decision environments and high-impact opportunities are central to our work. What are the position's challenges? Lead core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations. Design decision models, analytical approaches, and engagement frameworks that address complex operational and strategic challenges, particularly in capital-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas. Manage and coach Consultants and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team performance. Coordinate comprehensive industry and competitive analyses to support key account development and project strategy. Contribute to business development by leading the preparation of proposals, identifying opportunities, and participating in client discussions. Actively support talent acquisition by leading the recruitment and evaluation process for Consultants and Analysts. Profile Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Mandatory). Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields (Mandatory). Advanced English (Mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Mandatory). Previous experience in Oil & Gas, or other capital-intensive industries (Highly desirable). Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Desirable). High availability for travel.
