Job Duties Assist the Service Specialist in installing well completion products under general supervision. Assist with pre-job product and service equipment preparation (assembly, test, mobilization) and with product installation at the well site. Assist with post-job mobilization, clean up and repair of service equipment and products. Assist with process documentation as prescribed by HMS. Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. This is a development position with the expectation that all Service Operators will advance to the Service Specialist position. Develop and demonstrate general knowledge of all of the products and services included in the CPS product line. Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the least complex completion products and services provided in the geographic area. Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of process documentation required during prepare resources, mobilization, perform services and demobilization mainstay processes. Qualifications Must be able to effectively execute written and verbal instructions and exchange information with peers and superiors. Must work effectively as a team member. Basic mathematical calculation skills are required. Basic reading and writing comprehension skills are required. Basic computer skills are preferred.
