En Inercia, empresa dedicada a brindar servicios de carpintería a medida, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Head of Sales para liderar el área comercial. Responsabilidades Gestionar el proceso de ventas de punta a punta: prospección, reuniones, armado de propuestas, seguimiento y cierre. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con estudios de arquitectura, constructoras, diseñadores y clientes finales. Representar a Inercia en nombre de la Dirección, asegurando la mejor imagen de la empresa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales. Requisitos y perfil buscado Experiencia previa en áreas comerciales Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva. Orientación a resultados, escucha activa, autonomía, proactividad y visión estratégica. Condiciones de contratación Ubicación: Martínez. Modalidad: relación de dependencia.
