Tengo un marketplace B2B que conecta clientes argentinos con fábricas en China. El HQ está en Yiwu - el epicentro mundial de manufactura - y ahora estamos estableciendo operaciones en Buenos Aires. El producto funciona, el diseño es sólido, y tenemos un roadmap claro. Necesito un developer que implemente features ya diseñadas, haga el proceso más robusto y pueda liderar un equipo técnico pequeño en el futuro. Responsibilities Implementar y fortalecer las features diseñadas del roadmap. Mejorar la robustez del checkout y el flujo de compra. Implementar un sistema de tracking real para clientes. Desarrollar integraciones de pago más sólidas. Optimizar performance y escalabilidad. Construir herramientas internas: dashboard para operaciones, sistema robusto de gestión de órdenes y automatizaciones que eliminen trabajo manual. Integrar logística, pagos y comunicación con proveedores. En mediano plazo, liderar un pequeño equipo de developers, tomar decisiones de arquitectura y stack, y mentorear al equipo. Qualifications 3+ años como developer full-stack. Experiencia con React/Next, Node o Python y bases de datos. Experiencia trabajando con automatizaciones y APIs de AI. Habilidad para implementar diseños ya definidos (no solo proyectos desde cero). Bonus: experiencia con headless e-commerce. Core Skills & Attributes Capacidad de ejecutar bien con un roadmap claro. Proactivo en identificar mejoras y proponer soluciones. Autonomía y responsabilidad. Interés en liderar un equipo técnico eventualmente.
