eCommerce Telesales Representative – Lenovo Join our global eCommerce division as a full‑time TeleSales Representative based in Núñez. This role is ideal for technology and sales enthusiasts looking to grow within a leading tech company. Overall Description As part of our Call Center team, you will manage customer inquiries, provide customized quotes, close sales, and maintain order tracking using CRM tools. Key Roles and Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries via calls regarding equipment purchases. Prepare and deliver customized quotes. Drive closure of sales opportunities with end customers. Track orders and activities using CRM tools (MS Dynamics). Apply consultative sales techniques to support customer decision‑making. Skills and Qualifications Previous sales experience and strong commercial profile, preferably in the technology sector. Excellent communication, persuasive selling, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with Lenovo’s sales processes, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of hardware technology, Genesys, SAP, and MS Dynamics is a plus. Intermediate level of English required. Availability for a hybrid model, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; occasional weekend shifts (≤ 5%). Location Av. Del Libertador 7208, CABA. Working Hours Hybrid model: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM with occasional weekend work (≤ 5%).
