Role Overview As our SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in increasing website traffic from search engines, thereby generating quality leads and sales for our clients. We seek someone with a deep understanding of core Search Marketing concepts, an unwavering desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends, and the ability to dynamically integrate SEO with various digital marketing channels. What You’ll Do Here Increase website traffic from search engines to help generate quality leads and sales. Manage multiple accounts to deliver cost‑effective SEO‑driven traffic and leads. Develop high‑performing SEO strategies, including keyword research, content direction, and early search engine optimization. Enhance local search visibility by optimizing and maintaining Google Business Profiles. Use SEO tools and manual analysis to evaluate and improve site rankings in SERPs, ensuring successful website launches. Continuously assess performance through data analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics to guide improvements. Communicate progress and challenges to the Department Manager, contributing insights for strategy refinement and reporting on results. Engage in link‑building and competitor analysis to surpass competitors and strengthen client market position. Must Haves 3+ years of digital marketing agency experience with on‑page and off‑page optimization. Deep knowledge of local SEO strategies. Technical proficiency with Schema markup, content recommendations, link‑building, and conversion optimization. Availability to work EST hours.
