Head of Revenue Growth Marketing (Multi-Brand, B2B) Location: Puerto Rico or Argentina Type: Full-time | Remote / Hybrid (depending on location) Experience: Senior level (5+ years) About Cibergente Cibergente is a digital product and growth studio working with B2B companies in the U.S. to design, build, and scale technology-enabled solutions. We are based in Puerto Rico and operate across LATAM and the US. We operate across multiple brands and industries, including health, HR, accounting, finance, and AI, combining strategy, data, and execution to drive tangible business outcomes. We are a startup-minded team that values ownership, experimentation, and long-term growth. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Head of Revenue Growth Marketing to lead and scale marketing efforts across multiple B2B brands serving the US market. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment. You will oversee paid media, email marketing, organic/social, and SEO, while managing multiple teams and priorities. This is a startup‑style role—ideal for someone who thrives without rigid playbooks, enjoys building structure where it doesn't yet exist, and wants to grow with the company long term. You will help us build the strategy and team to execute it. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the marketing strategy across multiple brands simultaneously. Lead and oversee Paid Media, Email Marketing, Organic/Social, and SEO Manage and coordinate multiple teams and external partners across channels Operate with a high level of autonomy, making decisions in evolving and ambiguous situations Build processes, systems, and structure as the organization scales Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints Define KPIs and manage performance using a data‑driven approach Translate data and insights into clear actions and optimizations Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and product teams Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for U.S.-based companies Proven experience managing multiple brands or initiatives at once Strong background in paid media, email, organic growth, and SEO Experience leading multiple teams or agencies Highly data-driven, analytical, and performance-focused Comfortable working independently and in ambiguity Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment Experience in one or more of the following industries: Healthcare / Health Tech HR / Talent / Staffing Accounting / Finance AI / Technology / SaaS Excellent communication skills in English (will be working with US brands) Must be based in Puerto Rico or Argentina Who You Are You thrive in startup environments and enjoy building, not just maintaining You don't need perfect information to move forward—you test, learn, and iterate You take ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just execution You want to grow with the company, take on more responsibility, and shape the future of the marketing function What We Offer A key leadership role across multiple growing B2B brands High autonomy and trust Direct access to executive decision-making Opportunity to scale with the company Competitive compensation based on experience and location Flexible work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
