Account Manager, Healthcare Digital Media Account Manager bridging client meetings, strategy, and data‑driven decisions. A Day In The Life You’ll be the go‑to expert in client meetings, breaking down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You’ll own daily client communication, manage projects end‑to‑end, and drive strategic account planning rooted in data. That means understanding performance levers across channels, spotting optimization opportunities, and turning insights into smart recommendations. You’ll manage multi‑media clients across digital marketing best practices. Strong critical thinking, clear expectation‑setting, and guiding clients toward the right decisions are at the core of your day. Responsibilities Lead clients focusing on Google and Meta ads Drive day‑to‑day client activity, including communication, education, project management for campaign execution, planning, and strategic service leadership Monitor and analyze account activity (volumes, KPIs, incidents, trends) Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance Manage client and agency expectations and clear roadblocks to success Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and best practices Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of deliverables is client‑ready Role Requirements 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programs Experience with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources and an understanding of related deliverables Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever‑changing needs and schedules, handling multiple accounts while meeting tight deadlines Proven project management skills with process and quality assurance/control expertise Proactive talent who thrives in creating new opportunities where none currently exist Willingness to travel from time to time as required High attention to detail and organizational skills Proven experience growing client accounts and agency business Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level Equal Opportunity Employer Power Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
