Enfoque Principal Gestión del Portafolio: Administrar el ciclo de vida de un conjunto de aplicaciones de tecnología legal. Soporte Experto: Actuar como punto de escalamiento para resolver problemas técnicos complejos y urgentes. Optimización: Asegurar la estandarización, la seguridad y el uso eficiente de las licencias. Responsabilidades Clave Soporte y Resolución: Resolver incidentes complejos de manera oportuna. Mantenimiento: Planificar y ejecutar actualizaciones y upgrades de aplicaciones proactivamente. Colaboración IT: Coordinación esencial con los equipos de Seguridad, Despliegue (Desktop Platforms) y Gestión de Cambios (ITSM). Documentación: Mantener el repositorio de conocimiento y capacitar a los equipos de soporte. Estrategia: Asistir en planes de racionalización y participar en proyectos de mejora. Requisitos Experiencia M365: Fuerte conocimiento de las aplicaciones de M365 y M365 Copilot. Plataformas Cloud: Experiencia demostrable con SharePoint y OneDrive. Troubleshooting Avanzado: Experiencia en la resolución de problemas de documentos complejos. Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación (escrita y verbal en inglés). Capacidad de Gestión: Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas concurrentemente y trabajar de forma independiente.
