Strategy and Insights Lead (English, Spanish) Google Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in research, insights or management consulting. Experience in media measurement methodologies and key external vendors. Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently. Preferred qualifications: Experience managing first and third‑party research tools and in consulting or media projects, measuring marketing metrics. Experience with analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, spreadsheet software, and statistics/predictive modeling). Knowledge of brand marketing analytical techniques and market research. Understanding of both online and offline media and branding. Outstanding presentation, spreadsheet software, and storytelling skills. Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills, as well as presence with clients in developing strategic insights/media recommendations rooted in data. As a Strategy and Insights Lead, you will grow customer success through consumer, vertical, market insights, and deliver strategic insights to customers. Responsibilities Use Google and external data and help identify opportunities for customers through data about media, category, and consumers. Lead and manage direct customer relationships and help customers to use Google insights to drive their business. Serve as the industry expert, harnessing your expertise in marketing principles/branding. Provide clear, strategic thought leadership to customer marketing representatives and leadership. Make complex information and concepts simple and easy to digest in presentations and deliver them to customers. Engage external/internal partners to showcase impact of Google’s products.
