Monitor and take actions to achieve Turnaround Time from procurement representative to purchase order (PR analysis, RFQ preparation, Review Offers)2. Monitor and take actions to generate the savings: compare the price obtained with the pre-defined baseline3. Design and approve a Spot Buy process (SOPs) according to the guidelines (e.g. Category Cards available in EPIC) strategies and instructions given by the category managers / country buyers4. Define and continuously optimize the Spot Buy Process (SOPs)5. Perform period activity meetings with Tactical Procurement Director and with Category Managers / Country buyers on spot buys reduction opportunities6. Report savings performed and Service Levels achieved to Spot Buy & Requisitioning Manager.Differentiating CriteriaExecute day-to-day spot buying, including negotiation & supplier selection for non strategic purchasesSupport procurement automation by continuously seeking opportunities to increase catalogue or contract coverage.Handle purchase requisitions## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## 1.
