Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Coordination & Productivité pour nous aider à structurer et fluidifier nos opérations internes. Missions principales Sous la supervision du dirigeant, vous serez en charge de tâches variées visant à optimiser la gestion quotidienne de l’entreprise : ✅ Gestion administrative et organisationnelle Rédaction et mise en forme de documents internes (procédures, rapports, contrats…). Suivi des échéances et organisation des priorités Gestion des emails et des demandes internes. ✅ Soutien aux recrutements et appels d’offres Publication et suivi des offres d’emploi Tri des candidatures et organisation des entretiens. Collecte et mise en forme des documents pour les réponses aux appels d’offres. ✅ Optimisation des processus et outils Aide à l’automatisation de certaines tâches administratives Vérification et mise à jour des bases de données et fichiers internes. Coordination entre les différents intervenants internes et externes. Profil recherché Nous recherchons une personne organisée, autonome et proactive, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle avec rigueur et efficacité. Compétences et qualités requises : Expérience en assistanat administratif, coordination ou support opérationnel. Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en français. Esprit d’initiative et autonomie. Atouts supplémentaires (un plus, mais non obligatoire) : Expérience avec la gestion de recrutement. Connaissance des processus d’appels d’offres.
