The Role Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina new positions of Tax Operations Support Analysts have arisen in our soon to be established Tax Center of Excellence missioned with providing critical tax operations support. Each Tax Operations Analyst will support a group of regions/markets. These positions will report to the Tax Center of Excellence Leader and each position will functionally support our Regional Tax Operations Managers who each have coverage and responsibility for one of these regions/markets. Responsibilities and Skills Provision of quality tax operations support to each respective region/market Supporting our Regional Tax Operations Managers with on‑going compliance with taxation laws and regulations within their respective regions, including timely and accurate tax filings and payments Working day‑to‑day with external tax vendors, including ensuring high quality provision to the company of income tax, withholding tax, income tax accounting, and transfer pricing compliance services Review of external vendor work deliverables and output, including review of direct tax returns and payments, tax accounting computations and reporting, etc. Provision of day‑to‑day income tax accounting support, including journal bookings, tax account reconciliations and coordinating with internal and external auditors with respect to tax accounting Working with Kyndryl Business Units and Enterprise Support teams to ensure the facilitation and delivery to external vendors of quality data critical for tax compliance execution Supporting Regional Tax Operations Managers with the provision of routine tax advisory support to Kyndryl Business Units Supporting tax authority reviews and audits Supporting compliance with Kyndryl Tax Controls Framework & Tax Policies and Procedures Working in a globally integrated tax function with a strong tradition in innovation, you will possess strong teaming and communication skills and apply a collaborative mindset. In addition, you will continuously seek opportunities for process optimization, including identification of process weaknesses and driving solution implementation. Who You Are Required Professional and Technical Expertise : An understanding of withholding tax and the indirect tax process is required More than 5+ years of relevant tax and/or tax accounting experience, preferably with a combination of in‑house expertise with a large multinational enterprise and relevant Big 4 experience. Committed to meeting all deadlines, prioritizing workload, and utilizing agile processes, methods, and tools. Provide high‑quality tax operations support across regions, ensuring compliance with tax laws through accurate filings and payments. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams on tax accounting, audits, and data delivery, while reviewing vendor outputs and supporting process optimization initiatives. Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong communication skills and Advanced English level. Proficient use of technical tools and programs required to perform their responsibilities: MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, and Automation tools.
