About the job As a Multimedia Designer integrating the Tether marketing design team, you will conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia visual contents across UX/UI, video/motion and print media. You will create engaging digital and print assets to tell stories, showcase products, and bring the vision of our brands to life at a high quality level. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure all assets are strategically sound, visually consistent, and aligned with the brand’s message, tone, and standards. Responsibilities Lead the concept, design, and execution of cross‑platform visual projects in a high quality level Demonstrate proactivity and ownership through tasks, and cultivate a clear and proactive communication with the team Deliver creative assets at the forefront of design and technology Translate strategic goals into clear, high‑impact digital experiences Partner closely with all stakeholders to shape concepts and delivery Ensure scalability, quality, and consistency across formats and platforms Drive innovation by exploring new tools, styles, and workflows Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery Experiment with creative formats, styles, and effects to produce unique, memorable content Qualifications Proven experience designing creative digital and print visual systems for brands and campaigns Skills in AI‑driven design tools Solid skills in video/motion, and multimedia design for web and social platforms, as well as proven ability to design web and landing page visuals Excellent command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for screen‑based design Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite) Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, aligning design with business and brand goals High attention to detail and quality across static, motion, and interactive assets Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams Important information for candidates Recruitment scams have become increasingly common.
