Como Engineering Manager especializado en Python, liderarás el desarrollo de un nuevo producto, guiando a tu equipo y colaborando estrechamente con Product Management, Arquitectura y el CTO para dar forma a una solución de vanguardia. Este rol combina expertise técnico, liderazgo y foco en calidad y eficiencia, siendo clave para construir un equipo de alto rendimiento y entregar software de primer nivel. Responsabilidades Formar el equipo desde cero: buscar, seleccionar, entrevistar y contratar a los candidatos adecuados. Trabajar con Product Management para definir el roadmap, el MVP y los principales KPIs del producto. Colaborar con Arquitectura y líderes técnicos para establecer la arquitectura del producto. Gestionar el proyecto, facilitando reuniones Scrum y asegurando una planificación de sprints efectiva. Participar en el desarrollo y testing de features para garantizar estándares de calidad elevados. Requisitos 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo y entrega de software. 5+ años de experiencia práctica con Python. Sólido background técnico y experiencia liderando equipos. Mentalidad orientada al negocio, con capacidad para alinear métricas con los objetivos de la compañía. Experiencia comprobada diseñando soluciones E2E modulares e integrables dentro del ecosistema. Dominio de arquitecturas event-driven en AWS (SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambdas). Inglés avanzado. Beneficios Trabajo 100% remoto desde cualquier lugar.
