Jr Digital Account Manager (Associate TPM) As our Jr Digital Account Manager, you will learn the ins and outs of our Omni-Channel solution, supporting large initiatives while gaining exposure to top brands and various stakeholders within the advertising ecosystem. You will work internally across different teams around the globe and externally with clients, brands and agencies, making a true impact on our business success. Responsibilities Participate in kick‑off calls and meetings, understanding clients’ goals and KPIs to manage timelines and artifacts effectively. Communicate project statuses and review client deliverables to ensure on‑track implementation of every launch based on approved Statements of Work. Coordinate with Creative and AdOps teams to bring clients’ personalization vision to fruition. Track campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct conversations with other teams. Document and recap status meetings to ensure alignment on project requirements across all stakeholders. Keep track of campaign timelines and follow up at milestones for necessary deliverables. Maintain and update all internal account documentation and Confluence pages. Manage task tracking for each assigned account. Impact You’ll Make Work alongside the TPM to manage campaigns with creative or strategy needs, building knowledge about DCO projects from the ground up. Support larger client projects in timeline management, asset intake and review, documentation, reporting, and accountability for final trafficking. Be an active participant in client meetings to fully understand client goals and KPIs. Assist TPM account leads in documenting technical details of Statements of Work and routing through Legal for client approval. Build, manage, and maintain creative feeds according to client copy matrix and dynamic creative elements. Oversee specific project tasks and deliverables assigned to internal teams such as Creative, AdOps, Tech Services, and Product. Troubleshoot ad‑hoc issues and perform QA to ensure successful campaign launch. What You’ll Bring to Us At least 1–2 years of experience in Ad Tech or Digital Advertising, with a preferred background in Ad Operations, Trafficking, Campaign Management or similar. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with excellent time‑management skills. Experience working with productivity tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Trello or similar. Ability to translate requirements from client conversations to action items for internal execution. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions such as V‑lookups. High competency in Microsoft Office and Google programs. Excellent English skills (advanced or native). Proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating challenges.
