We are seeking an SDET to help ensure the quality of key products from our client, a Healthcare company. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, lead quality initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Role & Responsibilities Test Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and select appropriate testing tools Test Execution & Defect Management: Execute and maintain automated and manual test suites, create test cases, and report defects Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead testing initiatives, define test strategies, and promote best practices within the team Collaboration & Development: Work closely with developers and product owners, participate in code reviews, and support feature development Continuous Improvement: Implement CI testing, participate in agile ceremonies, and drive process improvements Hard Skills - Must Have Previous experience with test automation frameworks and software development tools Experience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Vitest) Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java and Node.js Experience testing APIs, familiarity with Git, CI/CD, SQL, and Jira Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships Proactive mindset to identify and address issues independently Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
