About the Role We are seeking a skilled Power BI Specialist to design and develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models using Power BI. You will work closely with Accounting and Finance teams to create visualizations, integrate data from various systems (QuickBooks, payroll, POS, inventory), and provide actionable business insights. Additionally, you will develop and execute training on using Power BI to enhance decision-making across departments. Key Responsibilities Design and build dashboards for client and internal reporting needs. Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to integrate and visualize financial data. Develop and execute Power BI training programs for business teams. Work with cross-functional teams (Audit, Tax, Sales, Marketing) to create customized reports and dashboards. Provide insights through data analysis to solve business problems and support decisions. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and financial data visualization. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting). Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting. Experience working with business teams to gather and prioritize dashboard requirements. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (preferred). Statistical knowledge is a plus. Additional Information Why GG?
