Demand Planner & Wholesale Coordinator (Remote) — Contractor (Long-term) Location: Remote (LATAM)Industry: E-commerce – Pet ProductsSchedule: Full-time | PST hoursEmployment Type: Contractor About the Company Our client is a fast-growing, 8-figure, multi-brand DTC pet products company selling across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and TikTok Shop.They operate multiple brands in parallel, with strong recurring revenue and a lean, high-impact team that’s scaling fast. We’re Hiring Our client is looking for a highly analytical, risk-aware Demand Planner & Wholesale Coordinator to own demand forecasting, inventory planning, and wholesale coordination. If you’re a data-driven thinker who excels at scenario planning, managing long lead times, and balancing in-stock performance with cash flow in a fast-paced DTC environment, this role is for you. What They’re Looking For We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and wholesale coordination across multiple brands and sales channels. You will work closely with supply chain, marketplace, and brand teams, and communicate daily with U.S.-based wholesale partners . Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or U.S. market operations Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Ability to build and evaluate multiple demand forecast scenarios Experience managing multi-channel inventory (e-commerce and/or retail) Comfortable working independently and making recommendations to leadership Availability to work with core overlap hours 9:00 AM–4:00 PM PST Ideal Candidate Profile Experience with Amazon FBA or Vendor Central Exposure to major U.S. retail partners (Walmart, Petco, Chewy, Costco, etc.) Background in high-growth DTC or e-commerce companies Experience with ERP or inventory tools (NetSuite, Cin7, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Proactive, risk-aware, and highly process-oriented Strong written communicator with U.S.-based stakeholders Why Join High-ownership role with direct impact on inventory, demand, and wholesale performance.Play a critical role in scaling a fast-growing, multi-brand DTC business.Work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with real operational ownership.
