Por eso, buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Transformación un/a Project Manager Sr. que lidere iniciativas estratégicas con foco en generar valor real y sostenible. Gestionar proyectos de punta a punta, desde el caso de negocio hasta la implementación, con mentalidad ágil y foco en impacto. Trabajar codo a codo con líderes de negocio y tecnología para definir objetivos, KPIs y OKRs que reflejen el valor para el cliente. Facilitar la colaboración entre áreas, promoviendo decisiones informadas, participación activa y soluciones centradas en el cliente. Aportar a la evolución de la metodología de gestión de proyectos, con ideas que mejoren la experiencia y los resultados. Liderar el seguimiento, governance y reporting de los proyectos, asegurando cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos y presupuesto. Definir indicadores de éxito y garantizar su medición, siempre con foco en el valor entregado. Ser parte de un equipo que impulsa la transformación de compañías clave del ecosistema nacional. Capacidad para conectar objetivos técnicos con necesidades de negocio y del cliente. Habilidades de comunicación, facilitación y liderazgo transversal.
