Amazon Catalog Management & Organic Strategist Remote – Argentina. Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level at Power Digital, a tech‑enabled growth marketing firm. Responsibilities Own execution, performance and reporting of Amazon & online retail organic / catalog management strategy within your book of business. Manage the Amazon and/or online retail product catalog & organic presence of clients: daily optimizations/fixes, high‑level planning, strategic pivots. Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and action plans based on performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and other online retail platforms. Track, report and communicate catalog updates, promotional strategy, issue resolution / case management, online retail SEO and CRO strategy; support with a Specialist as needed. Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions; contribute to development of new training materials. Employ AI technologies and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes. Maintain excellent communication with internal agency teams and external clients. Qualifications 2–3 years of digital marketing experience; 1–2 years in an agency setting preferred. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Amazon / online retail catalog management. Significant organic / catalog management experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, project management and delegation skills. Strong written and verbal communication; self‑motivated with strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue per team member success metric: $20k+. EBITDA per team member success metric: $4k+. Client churn rate below 10%.
